德昌电机诚聘集团旗下无锡工厂（艾默林汽车活动组件(无锡)有限公司）工艺工程经理一职。该职位将带领工艺工程师、设备维护工程师、技术员等团队，负责生产设备设计、导入及设备管理维护，以实现工艺提升，缩短CT(cycle
time)。该职位需要推动集团内部德昌电机江门及无锡工厂的生产运营对接。
Job responsibilities:
1. Participate in the definition of the production process
(Assembly, control, packaging) for the assembly of Lighting leveler and HVAC
actuator for automotive.
2. Pilot the process FMEA and follow all resulting action
plans.
3. Make the Dept. budget, monitor and follow the dept.
performance.
3. Deliver machine/equipment to production team and organize
the production line/stations in line with company good practices.
4. Support purchasing in the selection and follow up of
production equipment suppliers.
5. Manage the Process Engineering team by implementing the 6
axes strategy in order to meet the budgeted targets.
6. Train and lead Process engineers, maintenance engineers
and technicians.
7. Lead the various plant cost down meetings and implement
the actions to decrease production cost and improve efficiency.
8. Process improvement and business requirements analysis,
research and validation of solutions, solution promotion, problems feedback and
follow-up.
9. Act for SAP process efficiency and data quality of their
domain.
10. Keep a good condition of all production related
equipment and achieve MTBF, Quality, efficiency, and Cost targets.
11. Develop/adapt standard procedures and documentation.
12. End users training & support.
13. Tasks assigned by superintendent.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
2. Experience in method/process engineering in the high
volume industry; Automotive industry experience is a plus (5 years work
experience minimum in similar field).
3. Fluent Chinese and English.
4. Can accept working in Jiangmen, Guangdong and Wuxi,
