Responsibilities:
* Work with BU & PCBA Project Team to ensure APQP tasks are clearly defined and delivered.
* Ensure customer requirements are achieved through effective product and process realization.
* Participate in FMEA for product and process design, lead gage MSA activity and ensure process Cpk.
* Drive effective problem solving throughout the product development cycle. (NPI issue tracking)
* Develop and implement safe launch quality control plans, QC inspection instructions.
* Drive lessons learnt read across to similar projects and product platforms.
* Collect and review PPAP documents, submit the documents into system.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background.
* At least 3 years of experience in PCBA industry. Experience with DQE is preferred.
* Skilled in advanced product quality planning (APQP) and quality tools like PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA.
* Experienced in problem solving and continuous improvement tools; 8D, 5-Why, DOE, others.
* Strong practical experience, knowledge of manufacturing systems and process technologies.
* Good interpersonal communication skills.
* Good written and oral English.
