Responsibilities:
1. Work with Project Manager and Project Team to ensure APQP tasks are clearly defined and delivered.
2. Ensure customer requirements are achieved through effective product and process realization.
3. Participate in FMEA for robust product and process design, lead gage MSA activity and ensure process Cpk.
4. Drive effective problem solving throughout the product development cycle.
5. Develop and implement safe launch quality control plans.
6. Drive lessons learnt read across to similar projects and product platforms.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background.
2. Skilled in advanced product quality planning (APQP) and quality tools like PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA.
3. Experienced in problem solving and continuous improvement tools; 8D, 5-Why, DOE, others.
4. Strong practical experience, knowledge of manufacturing systems and process technologies.
5. Good interpersonal communication skills.
