职位介绍

职责：
1.确保所有设备处于良好状态。
2.支持日常维护工作。
3.负责降低停机率。
4.分析根本原因和解决重复故障，提供并执行解决方案。
5.协助制定和实施预防性维护体系
6.收集和管理所有技术文件，准备备件。
7.培训维修工，提高维护和预维护效率。
8.改装机器并添加新功能以提高效率。
9.优化零部件结构，控制零部件成本
10.GMP/EHS合规控制
要求：
1、大专以上学历，机械类或机电一体化专业。
2、3～5年设备维护相关工作经验。
3.良好的AutoCAD/Solid工程设计技能。
4.英语阅读能力，能看懂英文图纸。
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure all equipment working in good condition.
2. Support daily maintenance works.
3. In charge of reduce downtime rate.
4. Root cause analysis difficult and repeated failure then carry out solutions.
5. Assist in development and implementation of preventive maintenance system
6. Collect and manage all technical documents, prepare spare parts.
7. Training machinist and improve maintenance and pre-maintenance efficiency.
8. Modify machine to improve efficiency and add new feature
9. Optimize the structure of parts and control spare parts costs
10. GMP/EHS compliance control
Requirements
1. College degree or above, Major in Mechanical or Mechatronic.
2. 3~5 years’ work experience related equipment maintenance.
3. Good AutoCAD/Solid works design skills.
