Job Highlights
• Degree in Engineering, QM or Applied Science
• 10-15 yrs quality exp. exposure to EE appliances
• Stationed in SE Asian factory of own group
Responsibility:
• Build up a quality team in SE Asian factory
• Lead the team of quality manager, engineers and inspectors to support activities from new product development NPI to mass production stages.
• Initiate activities and programs for continuous improvement on supplier management, process control and product quality.
• Follow directive from Top Management to manage quality and related functions.
• Conduct risk assessment and escalate any potential quality issues to Top Management.
• Work across with different departments to ensure quality standards and policy are met
• Define and maintain quality standard and policy, align with corporate standard and customer's requirement.
• Develop and provide quality guidelines to suppliers, enforce and ensure compliance.
• In charge of supplier factory audit as well as company in-house audit.
• Act as the main point of contact on all quality matters, both internally and externally
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management or Applied Science is a must
• 10-15 years quality experience, with substantial exposure to electrical and electronic appliances manufacturing
• Good communication, reporting and presentation skills
• Familiar with industry, national and international standards on quality management and product quality
• Proficient in written and fluent spoken Mandarin and English
