职位介绍

Job Responsibility:
Supplier Quality Management
• Definition, implementation and responsible for the worldwide supplier strategy
• Steering and lead the supplier development worldwide
• Define Audit Program for the Business Unit
• Planning, execution and tracking of process audits on-site and at suppliers.
• Introduce new suppliers to enhance the portfolio and foster company success.
• Establish a quality driven culture in the BU and at the supplier for zero failure strategy in series production
- Establish APQP at suppliers in early project phase
- Monitor PPAP and support for series launch
- Accompany project starts with necessary tools such as R@R, maturity evaluation on site of supplier
• Set up strategic actions for focus suppliers and follow up
• Foster problem solving at suppliers in case of complaints
- Establish problem solving methods in frequent communication
- Support in supplier escalations
• Establish partnerships and long term relationships between supplier and BU
Plant Organisaton Operations
• Support of operational organization to achieve Quality Targets and continuous improvement
• Ensure that the operational system meets the customer requirements, international standards, legal, contractual and management system requirements
• Regular external communication with customers and suppliers. Internal communication on all quality related issues
• Coordination and handling of internal and external incidents, including documentation in defined systems
• Conduct internal audits acc. to VDA 6.3
• Support of internal and external Launch Management
Plant Organization Development
• Responsible for the standards of the PLC process within plant. Participate in the introduction of standards across the entire plant.
• Support of all projects to achieve Quality Targets and continuous improvement
• Support and conduct of internal audits acc. to implemented standards
• Regular external communication with customers and suppliers. Internal communication on all quality related issues
• Creation of PPAP package out of project documentation (PLC) according to Customer Specific or internal requirements
• Support of Run & Rate activities according to customer requirements
Training, Support & Coaching
• Consult and support the plant management regarding definition and Implementation of the quality policy and Strategic Topics
• Promote quality awareness in the plant organization
• Promote and train Structured Problem Solving and Lessons Learned
Monitoring & Reporting
• Support optimized quality planning and target setting for quality related KPI`s for the plant and supplier monitoring worldwide
• Ensure proper monitoring and reporting of quality related data and drive disciplines and plant for improvement andmeasures
Organization & functional lead
• Functional lead of plant quality assurance for raw material and components
Job Requirement:
Completed studies ideally in a technical background
Certified Quality Manager and first and second party auditor
Certified Process Auditor acc to VDA 6.3 (edition 2016)
Certified IATF 16949 Auditor
5 Years work experience in Quality Management of automotive industry
Experienced in planning and executing of product, process and system audits acc. to valid standards
Experienced in having contact to customer and supplier
Experienced in established quality methods
Experienced in conflict management
1 - 3 years experience in quality or production
Advanced skills in project management, lean management, process improvement
Experienced in leading people especially leading teams remote
Intercultural / international competences are necessary
