RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Follow up closely on each sample phase timeline through the whole program development
2. Translate customer project requirement to factories correctly and in high detail. Work out the best execution with factories with full risk analyses and tech. study.
3. Communicate with customer, cross functional team members, global colleagues, domestic or overseas vendors to fit in best practices into the design process, ensuring manufacturability and successful production delivery.
4. Drive project development by working with internal functional team (QE, QC, production…) and factories and customer. Make sure program launch successfully
REQUIREMENT:
1. Engineering/Management Bachelor Degree
2. 5 years or above solid experience in project management;
3. Work experience in jewelry or watch industry
4. Detail-oriented and meticulous in documentation
5. Practical CAD knowledge a plus, specifically Rhino software
6. Self-motivated, time-sensitive, a fast learner who works well in a fast paced, and changing environment.
7. Strong communication (English/Chinese written and verbal) skills
8. Team player with excellent analytical problem solving, failure mode anticipation and communication skills.
9. Business trip is required
10. Proven ability to follow new product development and problem solving
11. Proven ability to work within a minimal supervision, fast-paced environment
