职位介绍

岗位职责：
1.制定有效的海外和中国市场营销策略和计划(日历)
2.领导团队执行上述计划/日程，以实现市场和业务目标，并监督和报告工作进展。
3.管理所分配区域的市场预算，监控业务发展中新概念和新产品的进展和潜力。
4.组织和评估重要的市场活动，展览，客户活动和展览会
5.对海外和中国消费者产生可操作的见解;建立竞争对手情报，从而开发高度竞争的组合和预期
6.识别和联系潜在的品牌和零售合作伙伴
1.Develop effective oversea and PRC marketing strategies and plans(calendars)
2.Lead the l team to execute the above-mentioned plan(s)/calendar(s) in order to achieve marketing and business objectives and consequently monitor and report on the progress hereof.
3.Manage the marketing budget for the assigned region and monitor on progress and potential of new concepts and products coming from business development.
4.Organize and Estimation key marketing events, exhibitions, customer events and fairs
5.Generate actionable insights into overseas and PRC consumer; Build competitor intelligence, hence develop a highly competitive portfolio and anticipation
6.Identify and liaise with the potential brand and retail partners

1、普通话标准，口齿清楚，优秀的语言表达能力和沟通能力；
2、能吃苦耐劳，工作认真仔细，有责任心，有高端客户服务经验者优先；
3、熟练使用常用办公软件；
4、良好的职业道德，高度的工作主动性和责任感；
