To assure the function and improvement of the mass production line.
保证生产线批量生产的功能和改进
Be responsible for preventive maintenance of equipments and facility
负责设备&设施的预防性保养和维护
3/ Main responsibilities
主要责任
1. To assure the definition, modification and improvement for production in process， including fixture, jig.
确保生产中工艺过程的定义、调整和提高，包括防错夹具治具。
2. To do the lay out and location of new process in the plant.
负责车间布局及新工序的安排。
3. To assure the preventive maintenance equipments, including mechanical and electrical malfunction.
确保预防性的维护，包括机械和电气故障。
4. To train the operators about process requirements.
就各项工艺要求培训操作工。
5. To contribute to the VPS implementation & improvement by using IE & VSA tool.
利用IE以及VSA工具配合VPS进行精益生产工作的执行及改进。
6. To be responsible for production line layout and display board installation.
负责生产线布局和展示板的设置及优化。
7. To apply, promote and improve SMED in daily activities
负责组织实施及推进快速换模。
8. To contribute the P1 process definition as well as the process validation（including DFMEA, FMEA & Control Plan） according to the PVP.
根据PVP对P1项目(包括失效模式分析以及控制计划)进行工艺编制及确认。
9. To monitor safety issue and improve relevant issues in plant to make sure safety environment for operation.
