Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Must have experience on exporting footwear;
• Receive information from the US office and pass them to the factory in an understandable way, including packing/labeling/shipping instructions, official PO’s, etc.
• Send production samples to the customer.
• Deal with the factories on the delivery dates, trying to accommodate in the best way possible, customer needs.
• Follow up the entire production process, including technical meeting, approval/confirmation status, material ordering, pre-production tests and production running, keeping customer and managers updated about, acting as a link between all the different internal departments.
• Take effective actions to keep the delivery on time never below 90% and the air freight shipments never above 5%.
• Pay attention on final product quality.
• Deal with factories on quality claims and returning from customer.
