Duties and Responsibilities
1.Design, install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems, including Linux and Windows Server environments.
2.Utilize Python scripting to automate routine tasks, manage configurations, and develop custom tools.
3.Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to hardware, software, networks, Linux systems, and Windows Servers.
4.Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person.
5.Monitor system performance and identify potential problems, ensuring optimal functionality of Linux and Windows Server environments.
6.Implement and maintain security measures to protect the company's IT infrastructure, including Linux and Windows Server security best practices.
7.Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies, especially in the areas of Python, Linux, and Windows Server administration.
8.Document IT procedures and processes related to Linux, Windows Server, and Python scripting.
9.Perform other IT related tasks as assigned.
