Specific Responsibilities 工作职责：
01、Handle full set I/E documents and Bank document presentation.
02、Act as a bridge between his/her subordinate, if any, and superiors
or other functional teams in business organization.
03、Supervise and manage his/her subordinates, if any, to assure that shipment jobs are done correctly and timely.
04、Build team spirit and develop his/her subordinate staff as an on-going mission.
05、Execute and monitor the enforcement of SI or SOP given to vendors or factories.
06、Daily liaison with vendors, factories, 3PLs, customers and internal departments to pursue timely goods delivery and document provision.
07、Build good relationship with service vendors and factories to pursue rapport in operation.
08、Lodge import and export declaration to HK trade department.
09、Responsible for daily transactional posting in system and meet month end closing requirements.
10、Responsible for shipment data integrity and timeliness in system.
11、Drive to meet OTD (on time delivery) target and other KPIs set forth.
12、Perform ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by superior.
13、Bring up critical and risky operational issue to superior in time.
14、Prepare daily operation reports as required.
15、Arrange payment acquisition.
Required Qualifications & Experience 任职资格及经验要求：
01、University graduate in Logistics Management or other related discipline.
02、3 – 5 years' relevant work experience Trading field e.g. Hard Toys Trading/ Buying Office or EMS / FMCG industry.
03、Possess fundamental knowledge in I/E formality.
04、Knowledge in customs formality of China and/or foreign countries
