Specific Responsibilities/ 工作职责:
• Provide clerical support to the Program Management Department.
• Perform data entry, document preparation, sample’s arrangement for sales order related issue.
• Provide assistance where needed as directed by supervisor.
Required Qualifications & Experience任职及经验要求:
• Familiar with Microsoft Office operation.
• Good computer knowledge, experience in SAP R/3 system is preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese/Mandarin.
• Effective presentation, communication, persuasion skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, has team-work spirit.
• College degree or above.
