Job Descriptions:
1. Be in charge of QC, QS and CQE team,
2. Focus on Quality risk assessment and continual improvement,
3. Team development and management,
4. Supervise the work of IPQC, FQC, OBA, MRB, RMA, CAR to assure process quality,
5. Lead CQE to assure good quality control and relationship with customer,
6. Coach and help the team to deal with customer complaints and rejects,
7. Be responsible for QEHSH system maintenance,
8. Be responsible for Management Review, internal audit, 3rd party audit and all customer audits,
9. Maintain the good relationship with customers.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in electronic or mechanical engineering,
2. More than 8 years of quality work experience with solid knowledge of PCBA products, more than 5 years of quality management work experience,
3. Familiar with quality tools such as SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, Problem Analysis Tools, 6-Sigma,
4.Trained in quality management tools and solid knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, IATF16949, QC080000, certificated internal audit is preferred,
5. Familiar with international standards such as UL, CSA, IPC,
6. Good oral and written English,
