Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance, Quality Management Systems
Mature and Improve the site Quality Management Systems (QMS) demonstrating compliance to ISO standards;
Develop, formulate and coach cross functional teams to address advanced quality planning activities including Risk Management, ORT, pFMEA, Control Plans supporting new product launches;
Organize business teams to address Corrective and Preventive Corrective Actions using brainstorming, 5-Why, Cause & Effect and other problem solving techniques to deliver problem solving methods to the business products and processes;
Assure consistency of the Product Inspection methods and criteria across the enterprise leveraging statistical techniques;
Assure the site applies Process Validation methods based upon Risk Management processes;
NPI readiness follow up:MTD/GR&R/Correlation/FAI/Cpk/Qplan ect.
Education and Knowledge and Skills and Working Experiences:
Be in a technical/mechanical engineering background;
Be familiar with 6 sigma;
Be familiar with measurement machine and method; Go/No Go gauge design concept;
Over 10 years working experience in quality and engineering areas;
At least 3 years on assistant manager or manager position;
Excellent computer/data handling skills (Including, but not limited to: IOS,JMP, Keynote)
Communication & complaint and conflict solutions:
Communicate issues proactively and effectively
Fluent written and spoken bilingual capability in Mandarin and English
Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
Ability to interface effectively with fellow employees, customers, sales and executive leadership.
