岗位职责：
1. Qualify new goods process and correlative tooling & equipment from R&D or other site（产品，制程，设备承认）
2. Re-design or modify tooling/fixture to improve the efficiency and quality.（设备治具改善提升效率品质）
3. Support technicians to fix equipment issue as to keep the production lines running smoothly.（指导技术员维护设备保证正常生产）
4. Train the technician machine adjustment and maintenance skills.（培训技术员提升调试能力）
5. Take leader to implement preventive maintenance to assembly machine in good condition.（做好预防保养）
6. Spare part consumption review to improve spare part working life.（零件检查维护提高零件工作寿命）
7. Train QC to master more quality skills（培训QC掌握品质能力）
8. Update quality and process document（更新品质制程文件）
9. Comply with the EHS procedures, instructions and orders（遵守EHS流程指引）
10. Improve efficiency and reduce scrap to reduce assy cost, support department reduction cost.（提升效率降低成本）
11. Improve quality level, and support CQE to deal with customer complaint.（提升品质处理品质客诉）
12. According to customer request, act as leader for assembly process and tooling design change （按照客户要求，改善生产线及设计相关治具）
13. Follow RD new product trial run, test and product line transfer(配合RD部门新产品试产，验证，产线转移等工作)。
EDUCATION (Qualifications obtained in the course of formal education and/or training) 教育/培训:
l University degree major in mechanical engineering or related field.
大学本科学历，机械工程相关专业
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: 工作经验和所需知识:
1. A minimum of 5-year experience in manufacture process
最少5年以上生产制程经验
2. 3-year experience in connector industrial would be an added advantage.
3年以上连接器行业经验优先
3. Be familiar with correlative quality tooling and can use tooling to analyze and settle problem.
熟练运用质量控制相关工具分析解决问题
SKILLS REQUIRED: 所需技能:
Be familiar with computer and Pro-E or AutoCAD, Microsoft office software
熟悉Pro-E、AutoCAD、Microsoft Office软件
English level : CET-4 at least
英语：CET-4以上（含）
